On the day of your move, your team will be wearing full PPE. This way protection is offered against transmission. If a third team member if required, they will travel to your job separately.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

YOUR MOVE PLAN:

A member of our team with have a detailed discussions about the layout, size and dimensions of your property. We can also use a floorplan if you have one available.

Our logistics experts use this information to create your move. This is fully discussed with your moving team.

We will ask you to leave your property during our visit, or move to one room if this isn’t possible.

We will bring our own sanitiser products which is also used in our vehicles. We would politely ask that our move team has access to washing facilities, to help minimise the spread of the virus.

Thank you but we are not able to accept refreshments whilst on site.

Upon getting the keys for your property, your team will ask you to confirm the house layout.

We’ll then place your furniture before asking you to vacate.

Any changes will be agreed and made with your team.

All paperwork will be left in a pre agreed secure location. All signing will be done with your own pen.
